We’re delighted to release the first episodes of our new series The Creative Classroom to the world. This  Distinguished Educator Learning Series has been in production for a few months and in each episode we’ll be looking at one or two aspects of using iLife and/or iWork within an educational context. In the first episode, David looks at using iMovie as a tool to develop writing for different purposes, and in episode two, Oscar deals with Visual Literacy, again with iMovie.

We’ll be looking at other iLife and iWork apps in future episodes: next time Mark will be providing some tips for podcasting in GarageBand, and in episode 4 Joe will be staying with GarageBand, but looking at the musical side of the app.

We very much hope you enjoy these episodes and that you find them useful. Please feel free to send us your feedback by posting a comment on any of our episodes. Equally, if there’s something in particular you’d like us to cover in a future episode, please let us know!
